SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Shipping Details
JinArtwork is dedicated to shipping your orders as soon as possible. Orders will be shipped using USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Your orders will take less than 48 hours to process.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping and handling. Range of actual delivery time will be updated through carrier.
Orders with multiple like-sized prints will be packaged in a single plastic sleeve. If you would like them individually wrapped, the buyer must contact JinArtwork prior to or directly after purchasing. All cards and illustrations are mailed in sturdy rigid paper mailers.
Address Confirmations
Please confirm your address is correct and message JinArtwork immediately if changes need to be made. Customers are responsible for either retrieving the items from the old address or repurchasing items to have them reshipped to the new address. Customers are responsible for reordering the items.
JinArtwork is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer. Please ensure that you provide the complete and correct mailing addresses at the checkout. Please note we are not liable for any packages lost or misplaced in transit by carrier. Once your package has been dropped off/picked up by carrier, we are not held accountable for the events that take place after. Please contact shipping carrier to initiate a missing mail search request. No refunds will be issued if a package is lost or misplaced in transit.
Local Customers
JinArtwork only delivers in person in the Middlesex County/Somerset Area in New Jersey. For those of you who live in New Jersey and would rather pick up their artwork, arrangements can be made.
Custom Orders
The creative time and shipping depends completely on your specific order. Custom orders will require additional time to be completed before shipping. Please send your photo and description as soon as possible. JinArtwork cannot start creating until receive your media request. Custom orders will require time for revisions as well. I will be in touch with you to approve the final artwork. Once you approve of the final drawing, you will recieve an JPEG/PNG image file of your artwork. I will be shipping your artwork, and you will recieve an email once your artwork is out for shipping.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order or your order appears damaged, items purchased from JinArtwork may be returned or exchanged. We honor a 14 day return policy on eligible products. We do our best to offer color accurate photography of the artwork, but please be mindful that calibrations often vary between devices. If color calibrations are of concern, we recommend viewing the item from multiple devices (desktop, iPhone, etc.)
Before returning your item, please first send a brief email and photo of the damaged items including your name, the item, and what you prefer in exchange of the returned item (ex. money back or the same product shipped again if your item is damaged). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
JinArtwork only accepts cancellations if the product and sketching process has not been started.
Digital Art/Drawing Prints (eligibility varies): Prints are very delicate. Only if prints are unhandled and in their original packaging, will they be eligible for return. If returned prints are deemed unfit upon inspection for any reason, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
Live Paintings/Commissioned Canvases/Custom Jackets (not eligible): All original purchases are final; they ship with their original stretchers directly to your door via courier.
We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Shipping fees on any and all returned items within good faith are not covered by JinArtwork. Only faulty merchandise or products not covered under consumer guarantee will return shipment be paid by JinArtwork.
